From Gut-Job to Grand Opening: Our Valencia Build
June 15, 2026

Valencia has quietly become one of Europe's most livable cities — Mediterranean weather, a real food and design culture, and a fast-growing community of remote workers and relocators. So when the chance came to take on a tired building in the Patraix neighborhood and turn it into a collection of modern serviced apartments, I jumped at it.
What started as a renovation became a full transformation. We stripped the space back to the structure — rewiring, replumbing, and rebuilding from the ground up — and then layered in the finishes that make a place actually feel like home: warm wood floors, large-format marble-look tile, fully equipped kitchens, and bright, calm bedrooms.
Today the apartments are finished, furnished, and welcoming guests. They're professionally managed for short and mid-term stays, so everything from bookings to turnovers is handled — the move-in-ready experience I wanted to create for travelers and remote workers landing in Valencia.
It's the same philosophy behind everything I build: do the work properly, sweat the details, and create something people genuinely want to spend time in.
